I care a lot about texture and overall eating experience.A friend recommended Vitamix, and although it was expensive, the blending results met my expectations. With Christmas and New Year approaching, I needed to prepare food and desserts for gatherings, and one kitchen blender was not enough. Instead of buying a second Vitamix, I searched Amazon for an alternative and found this blender after about two weeks.The blade design is similar to Vitamix and clearly intended for smooth blending. I tested it with green smoothies made from kale, celery, and grapes. The texture was very smooth, with none of the fibrous pieces I experienced with Ninja. I especially appreciated that it did not leave chunks of kale or celery.I also tested frozen strawberries, raspberries, and bananas to make desserts, and the result was comparable to my Vitamix. I have shared photos. In addition, I used it to make celery and potato soup, and it was able to heat the soup during blending. The Eastman Tritan container makes me feel comfortable using it regularly for my family.The noise level is acceptable and slightly lower than some other blenders I have used, though it could be quieter. Removing the lid requires some force, but it does not affect performance.Overall, I am satisfied with my experience so far. At this price point, it offers strong value. I will continue to observe its durability over time.
