If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund without delay.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Used items or returns requested for reasons unrelated to product defects.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items).
- Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
