Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that order processing times are separate from the delivery times listed below.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or peak seasons.
For international orders, delivery times may vary by country. While most orders arrive within 10–20 business days, customs clearance or local postal delays may extend this timeframe.
Shipping Methods

Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster service, items from the same order may be shipped separately if stocked at different fulfillment centers. This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages arriving at different times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses are shipped domestically, ensuring faster delivery and avoiding international customs fees or import duties.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. For international customers, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, or if the package is unclaimed from your local carrier office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
