Do you have a return policy?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.  Please review our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to start a return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number.  
You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s tracking page to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@benrishop.com.  Although we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we operate exclusively online.  
All orders are shipped directly to your door, and we offer free shipping on returns to make your shopping experience worry-free.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes between 5–12 business days after dispatch.  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

Will multiple items be shipped together?

Depending on product availability and storage locations, items in the same order may be shipped separately.  
This means your products could arrive in different packages and on different dates. We will provide tracking details for each shipment.

4. Refund & Return Information

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.  If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@benrishop.com with photos or details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items are non-returnable:  


- Used or opened products  
- Personal care and hygiene items  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number and return details.  We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.  Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
