Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes between 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the availability of shipping carriers.  
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.  

Multiple Shipments

As some of our products are stored in different fulfillment centers, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This means your items may arrive in different packages and on different dates.  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. 

Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
